We got great value for our money at this charming guest house. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely duvet on the bed. The location was stunning, nestled among the hillsides of Douro vineyards, offering spectacular views and a serene atmosphere. The staff treated us like royalty, with a warm welcome, tasty glass of port, and homemade cake waiting for us. Anabela, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even bringing us a hot loaf of homemade bread every morning. The facilities were fantastic, with a swimming pool and well-maintained garden for summer visitors. a truly unique and delightful stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be more variety in the food options, especially for those staying for multiple nights.

One of the best boutique hotels we have stayed at. The property is located at the top of a village with stunning views. The common areas overlook a lovely valley, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread provided in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and giving us a tour of the property. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a private balcony and kitchen. The pool area was also great, with a separate children's wading pool and changing rooms.
The roads leading to the property were steep and narrow, making it difficult to navigate. It was a bit challenging to reach the hotel, especially if you have a SUV type of car.
